At Ferrus Golf, we are committed to delivering your premium golf apparel quickly and securely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, charges, and related information. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • All major cities and towns across India
  • Remote and rural areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • Pin codes serviced by our logistics partners

Note: International shipping is currently not available. We are working to expand our shipping coverage globally in the near future.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.)
  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery for urgent orders (where available)

The choice of courier partner depends on your location and product availability.

3. Processing Time

Order processing times vary based on product availability and customization:

Standard Products

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items may take 7-14 business days for processing
  • Expected dispatch date will be mentioned on the product page

Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays)

4. Delivery Time

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, courier delays, or high-volume periods (festivals, sale seasons).

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location:

Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after successful order placement
  • Shipping Confirmation Email: Includes tracking ID and courier partner details
  • Real-time Tracking: Track your order status using the tracking link provided

You can also track your order by visiting the “My Orders” section on our website or by contacting our customer support team.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to the following reasons, the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • Recipient not available at the delivery address
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient refused to accept the delivery

After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be required to place a new order. Return shipping charges may apply in such cases.

To avoid failed deliveries: Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address, including landmarks and a working phone number.

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • After Dispatch: Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped. Please contact the courier partner directly using your tracking ID

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged
  • If you have already accepted the delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

Lost Packages

If your order shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building security, or family members
  • Contact the courier partner using the tracking ID
  • If unresolved, contact us within 7 days at help@ferrusgolf.com

We will investigate with our courier partner and provide a resolution within 7-10 business days.

10. Customs and Duties

Since we currently ship only within India, customers are not required to pay any customs or import duties. All applicable taxes (GST) are included in the product price at checkout.

11. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability
  • You will receive separate tracking IDs for each shipment
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments

12. Undeliverable Addresses

If an address is deemed undeliverable by our courier partner (due to remote location, security restrictions, or other reasons):

  • We will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address or pickup location
  • If no resolution is possible, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed

13. Force Majeure

Ferrus Golf is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Political unrest, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Technical failures or courier service disruptions
  • Pandemics or government-imposed restrictions

In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate updates and resolve issues promptly.
